Suggested Use

Roller

1. Use daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash your face with your normal cleansing products. Dry your face completely. Apply any facial cream to your face and neck. Using upward motions, move the Roller gently over your forehead, cheeks, around the lip area, and your neck. Close your eyes and roll gently over your eyelids if you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes.

Gua Sha

1. Apply your skin care products as you normally would.
2. With gentle but firm pressure, begin massaging in the center of the face. Begin from the nose and move outwards towards the cheeks.
3. Proceed to massage down chin and neck, followed up by the forehead. Use for three to five minutes for a daily facial massage ritual.
