FAQ's

You can check the status of your order at any time under My account section. We will update you via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item or request a refund.
It’s very simple! Just follow the 3 steps below:


1. Fill in the efresh Exchange/ Return Form.
2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review Exchange/ Return eligibility.
3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the address in the returns confirmation email.

We recommend you to send the items by registered mail or courier.
 
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to provide a size replacement, or reimburse  the returned items via your wallet credit. For more information, consult the Exchanges and Returns section.

At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website or app.

If you change your mind, you can return your items once you have received your order. For more information, consult the Exchanges and Returns section.

You may input code under 'Promo code' tab at the cart drawer or the checkout page. Discount will be applied. 

*Only one promotional code may be used per purchase unless stated otherwise

Enter your home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.

The delivery charge will vary according to your order. Estimated delivery charge is shown on the cart drawer. Finalised delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout page.

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa and MasterCard. For customers in Singapore, Paynow QR code and Grab Pay is accepted.

Payments with debit cards will also be charged in real time.

Check your email to see whether we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund the corresponding amount paid for the item, including cover the shipping fee.

If you have not received any email, contact Customer Success and will we reply to you as soon as possible.

If you have received an item which is defective or different from the one purchased, we will refund the full cost of the item and cover the delivery expense, as soon as we receive your returned items at our office and inspect the condition of the items.

To process the return,

1. Drop us an email at info@efreshcommerce.com with the subject “Return Request - Your Order Number”, to process your returns/exchanges. Please include your Name, Contact Number and Reasons for Returning in the email.

2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review return eligibility.

3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post or courier to the address stated in the return confirmation email.

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before reimburse the returned items.

DELIVERY

Enter your home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.

The delivery charge will vary according to your order.

All orders are delivered by our delivery agent, and delivery is only available from Monday to Saturday,

(Mon-Fri) Weekdays:
1.  Checkout your shopping bag and pay before 12pm during the day: Earliest delivery will be next working day.
2.  Checkout your shopping bagand pay after 3pm during the day: Earliest delivery the day after tomorrow or any date after tomorrow.

You can check the status of your order at any time in My Orders in the My account section.

We will update you via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse.

Remember you can check the status of your order at any time in My Orders in the My account section.

Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.

Skip the queue entirely and self-checkout easily when you download the IUIGA app. To buy an item, just scan the item’s barcode with your IUIGA app, at which point the item will be added to your shopping cart. You then pay for your goods using your preferred mode of payment and get your items packed at the Self-Checkout booth located next to Cashier. Easy-peasy!


●      Join our Retail+ Store’s Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Choose the “IUIGA” network and input the password “transparentpricing”

●      Launch the IUIGA app

●      Click on the scanner symbol located at the top right of homepage

●      Scan the barcode of any product you want to purchase

●      Ensure your mobile number is input correctly, we will send you a SMS after payment is made for verification

●      Checkout with your preferred mode of payment

●      Verify your self-checkout purchase at the Self-Checkout counter next to the Cashier

●      We will help to pack your items in a bag and you’re good to go!
