I spent years as an auditor before realising the beauty industry had a transparency problem. Brands were charging premium prices for under-dosed ingredients and customers had no way to tell what actually worked.

So I went back to school. Currently studying cosmetic chemistry, I'm building efreshme to be the brand I wish existed: honest formulations, science-backed ingredients, and prices that make sense.
