Every GlowSculpt Duo arrives with everything you need to start your ritual straight away.
Meet Your Tools
Two simple tools designed to work together. Here's what each part does.
Your Crystal, Your Match
All three stones work the same way. The difference is in their natural properties and skin affinity.
Rose Quartz
Best for: All skin types, dull or tired skin.
Calms irritation and boosts natural glow.
Jade
Best for: Oily or combination skin.
Firms contours and helps balance excess oil.
Amethyst
Best for: Stressed or sensitive skin.
Cooling, calming, and grounding effect.
Before You Start
Two minutes of prep makes all the difference.
Do
- Always use with a serum, oil, or moisturiser
- Roll and scrape outward and upward, never back and forth
- Start with light pressure, build up gradually
- Use gentle, slow strokes for better results
Don't
- Use on broken skin, active acne, or sunburn
- Apply heavy pressure, especially around eyes
- Drop the tools. Stone will chip or crack.
- Share with others for hygiene reasons
How to Use the Roller
A complete face routine takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Always roll outward and upward, away from the centre of the face.
Start at the Neck
Large roller head. Roll from collarbone up to jawline. 5 strokes each side.
Jawline Out
Roll from the chin along the jaw to the ear. 5 strokes each side.
Cheek Lift
From corner of mouth, roll up toward the ear. Nose out to temple. 5 strokes.
Under-Eye (Small Head)
Switch to the small end. Light pressure. Inner corner outward to temple. 3 strokes.
Forehead Up
Large end. Brow line straight up to hairline. Work across in sections. 5 strokes.
Finish at Neck
Drain lymph downward. From under ear down the neck to collarbone. 5 strokes.
How to Use the Gua Sha
Hold the gua sha flat against your skin at a 15 degree angle. Glide slowly. Each stroke should take 3 to 5 seconds. Never drag back and forth.
Neck Drainage
Curved edge. Glide downward from under the ear to the collarbone. 5 slow strokes each side.
Jaw Sculpt (V-Notch)
Hook the V-notch around your jawbone. Glide from chin along the jaw to the ear. The notch holds the bone in place. 5 strokes each side.
Cheek Lift
Flat edge. Start at side of nose. Sweep out and up toward the temple in one smooth motion. 5 strokes.
Brow Lift
Pointed tip. Press under the brow bone and slide outward to the temple. Release tension. 3 strokes.
Forehead & Finish
Flat edge. Glide from brow up to hairline, working across. Finish with downward neck strokes.
Always Centre to Outer
Work from the centre of the face outward, then from top to bottom. Never back and forth.
How Much Pressure?
Match your pressure to the area. If it hurts, you're pressing too hard.
Under-eyes, brow, and delicate skin
Cheeks, forehead, and jawline
Neck and shoulder tension release only
Your Daily Ritual
Consistency beats intensity. A short ritual 4 to 5 times a week gives better results than an occasional long session.
β Morning
Roller only. Depuff and wake up the skin before makeup. Best straight from the fridge for extra cooling.
3 minutesπ Evening
Gua sha for deeper sculpt and tension release. Pair with your nighttime serum or oil for the full ritual.
5 to 8 minutesFrequency: 4 to 5 times per week is ideal. Daily use is fine as long as your skin feels comfortable.
Cleaning & Care
Natural stone needs gentle handling. A little care keeps your tools lasting years.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Air dry before storing.
Mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry fully before storage.
Keep in the pouch, away from other hard objects.
Hot water, dishwasher, direct sunlight, freezer for long periods.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Roller squeaks when used | Add a tiny drop of oil to the gold joint. Wipe excess. |
| Roller feels loose | Normal. Stone is hand-fitted. Squeeze gold frame gently to tighten. |
| Stone feels warm after use | Normal. It absorbs your skin's heat. Chill in fridge between uses. |
| Gua sha pulls on skin | You need more slip. Apply more serum or oil. |
| Small white marks on stone | Natural crystal inclusions. Not damage. Each stone is unique. |
| Redness after rolling | Normal for 10 to 20 minutes. Signals improved circulation. |
| Redness stays over an hour | Reduce pressure. Consider skipping next session. Patch test. |
When to Skip a Session
β Do not use if you have:
- Active acne breakouts or open pimples
- Broken skin, cuts, or sunburn
- Rosacea, eczema, or dermatitis flare-up
- Recent facial surgery or injections (wait 2 weeks)
- Fillers or botox less than 2 weeks old
- Known sensitivity to cold or pressure
If unsure, check with a dermatologist before starting a new facial tool routine.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the roller on dry skin?
No. Always apply a serum, oil, or moisturiser first. The product creates slip so the stone glides without tugging. Using on dry skin can stretch the skin and cause irritation.
How long before I see results?
Immediate depuffing after the first use. Visible sculpt and glow usually show around 2 to 4 weeks with consistent use 4 to 5 times a week. Results vary based on skin type and routine.
Is the stone real?
Yes. Each GlowSculpt Duo is made from genuine natural stone (rose quartz, jade, or amethyst depending on your set). Small colour variations and natural inclusions are a sign of real stone, not defects.
Can I put it in the fridge or freezer?
Fridge yes, and we recommend it. The cool stone enhances depuffing. Avoid the freezer for long periods. Extreme cold can stress the stone and cause cracks.
Can I use it with other facial tools like LED masks?
Yes. Use the roller or gua sha after your LED or microcurrent session, once your serums are applied. It helps products absorb and adds a calming finish.
Will it sculpt my face permanently?
No tool creates permanent structural change. What it does is improve circulation, reduce puffiness, and relax facial muscles, which creates a visibly more sculpted and glowing look when used consistently.
How do I know if my stone is cracked?
A cracked stone will have a visible sharp edge or a line that goes all the way through. Natural veins and white patches are not cracks. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll help you check.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Face rolling is generally considered safe during pregnancy when used gently. Some gua sha practitioners recommend skipping certain pressure points. Check with your doctor if in doubt.
