Thank you for choosing the Efreshme FairyGlow Wand.
This guide will help you use the device safely and effectively for eye, face, and neck care.

The Efreshme FairyGlow Wand combines vibration, warmth, LED light, and EMS micro-current to:

  • Relieve eye fatigue

  • Improve absorption of eye creams & serums

  • Reduce the appearance of dark circles & puffiness

  • Help smooth fine lines around eyes, face, and neck

 

Charging the Device

  1. Connect the USB cable to the charging port

  2. Plug into a USB power source

  3. Charge fully before first use

Notes

  • Slight warmth during charging is normal

  • Keep charging port dry

  • Turn off when not in use for long periods

 

How to Turn On / Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button

  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again

 

Modes & Functions

After turning on, the device cycles through 3 modes:

Mode 1: Red Light + Vibration

  • Helps relax eye area

  • Supports circulation

  • Vibration starts when touching skin

 

Mode 2: Blue Light + Vibration

  • Helps calm skin

  • Supports clearer-looking skin

  • Vibration starts when touching skin

 

Mode 3: Red Light + EMS (No Vibration)

  • EMS micro-current + warmth

  • Helps firm skin

  • No vibration in this mode

 

Before First Use

  • Cleanse your face thoroughly

  • Apply eye cream, serum, or skincare product

  • Test the device on your hand first

  • If comfortable, proceed to eye area

 

How to Use

  1. Place the massage head gently on skin

  2. Move slowly from bottom to top

  3. Use around:

    • Eyes

    • Face

    • Neck

  4. Adjust angle using the 360° rotating head

Tip:
The top surface is ideal for small areas (eye corners), the front surface covers larger areas.

 

Recommended Usage

  • Use gently around eyes

  • If discomfort occurs, stop immediately

  • Continuous long-term use supports better results

 

After Use & Cleaning

  1. Turn off the device

  2. Wipe with a clean dry cloth or wet wipe

  3. Store in a dry place away from sunlight

 

Important Notes

  • Mild flickering sensation around eyes is normal (EMS effect)

  • Sensitivity varies by individual

  • Do not continue use if discomfort occurs

 

Safety Precautions

  • Do not disassemble or modify the device

  • Do not use the massage head in reverse direction

  • Keep out of reach of children

  • This product is not a toy

  • Stop use if abnormal vibration or discomfort occurs

 

Troubleshooting

  • No response: Check battery level

  • Abnormal vibration: Recharge or restart

  • Strong sensation: Reduce usage or stop
