efreshme Return & Refund Policy

At efreshme, we want every order to arrive in perfect condition and meet your expectations.

Changed your mind?
If your item is brand new, unused, and still sealed, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it.
(Once opened or used, we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons.)
Return shipping is fully covered by us.

Wrong, damaged, or faulty item
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us through the marketplace platform within 7 days so we can assist you promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, please raise a return request so we can inspect the item on our end.
Once confirmed that the issue is on our side, we will resolve it according to the marketplace’s Return and Refund guidelines, typically through a replacement or refund.

Refunds
After your return is approved, the marketplace will process your refund according to their standard timeline. You will be notified through the platform once it is completed.

Non-returnable items
Opened items, used beauty tools, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
