Work from the centre of the face outward, then from top to bottom. Never back and forth.

7

How Much Pressure?

Match your pressure to the area. If it hurts, you're pressing too hard.

Light

Under-eyes, brow, and delicate skin

Medium

Cheeks, forehead, and jawline

Firm

Neck and shoulder tension release only

8

Your Daily Ritual

Consistency beats intensity. A short ritual 4 to 5 times a week gives better results than an occasional long session.

☀ Morning

Roller only. Depuff and wake up the skin before makeup. Best straight from the fridge for extra cooling.

3 minutes

🌙 Evening

Gua sha for deeper sculpt and tension release. Pair with your nighttime serum or oil for the full ritual.

5 to 8 minutes

Frequency: 4 to 5 times per week is ideal. Daily use is fine as long as your skin feels comfortable.

9

Weekly Deep Clean

Mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry fully before storage.

Storage

Keep in the pouch, away from other hard objects.

Avoid

Hot water, dishwasher, direct sunlight, freezer for long periods.

Gua sha pulls on skin You need more slip. Apply more serum or oil.
Small white marks on stone Natural crystal inclusions. Not damage. Each stone is unique.
Redness after rolling Normal for 10 to 20 minutes. Signals improved circulation.

When to Skip a Session

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the roller on dry skin?

No. Always apply a serum, oil, or moisturiser first. The product creates slip so the stone glides without tugging. Using on dry skin can stretch the skin and cause irritation.

How long before I see results?

Immediate depuffing after the first use. Visible sculpt and glow usually show around 2 to 4 weeks with consistent use 4 to 5 times a week. Results vary based on skin type and routine.

Is the stone real?

Yes. Each GlowSculpt Duo is made from genuine natural stone (rose quartz, jade, or amethyst depending on your set). Small colour variations and natural inclusions are a sign of real stone, not defects.

Can I put it in the fridge or freezer?

Fridge yes, and we recommend it. The cool stone enhances depuffing. Avoid the freezer for long periods. Extreme cold can stress the stone and cause cracks.

Can I use it with other facial tools like LED masks?

Yes. Use the roller or gua sha after your LED or microcurrent session, once your serums are applied. It helps products absorb and adds a calming finish.

Will it sculpt my face permanently?

No tool creates permanent structural change. What it does is improve circulation, reduce puffiness, and relax facial muscles, which creates a visibly more sculpted and glowing look when used consistently.

How do I know if my stone is cracked?

A cracked stone will have a visible sharp edge or a line that goes all the way through. Natural veins and white patches are not cracks. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll help you check.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Face rolling is generally considered safe during pregnancy when used gently. Some gua sha practitioners recommend skipping certain pressure points. Check with your doctor if in doubt.
